Step 1: Ask me to list 3 words that describe who I am at my core. Values that show up in how I serve clients (example: resilience, honesty, empathy).
Step 2: Ask me to pick one of those words and share a story from my life between the ages of 9–13 that shaped that value. Ask who influenced it (parent, teacher, experience, etc.).
Step 3: Use that info to write a short UVP I can speak in about 30 seconds. It should explain what shaped me and how that shows up in how I serve my clients today. Not as a script, but as a real and personal way to connect with potential clients.
