“Alright Bailey, for every home today we have 3 options:
We can purchase.
We have a high level of interest.
We eliminate.
After each home I’ll ask:
• Which home is your top home right now?
• Can you see yourself living in it?
• Why or why not?”
That’s it. Simple, clear, and powerful.
Why It Works
• Forces a decision. No more “maybes.”
• Gets buyers emotionally connected (“Can you see yourself living here?”).
• “Why or why not” gives you the exact words to guide the next move.
Pro Tips
• Limit showings to 3–5 homes max. More than that kills clarity.
• Never argue, instead redirect. (“Here’s what I’m seeing in the market...”)
• End each stop by locking in one top pick.
