We’re holding an open house tomorrow from 12 to 2 PM and calling neighbors to see if you can think of anyone who might want to move into your neighborhood?

(Pause. If they say no:)

Well I appreciate you thinking about it. If you’re interested in seeing what houses are going for in your neighborhood come on by and check it out tomorrow 12-2.

Also, as part of the Open House we’re offering free home equity reports for neighbors. Would you like me to prepare one for you to pick up at the open house?

(If they say no again:)
